Hail hit? Find out if insurance covers a new roof.
I’m [YOUR NAME] with [COMPANY]. I’ll inspect your roof for free, photograph any storm damage, and tell you straight whether it’s worth filing a claim.

How a hail or wind claim works
Four steps from “is something wrong up there?” to a fixed roof. You only file if the photos show it’s worth it.
-
Free inspection
I go up and check shingles, vents, flashing and gutters for hail and wind damage, and photograph everything I find.
-
A straight answer
I show you the photos and tell you whether the damage is worth a claim. If it isn’t, I’ll say so.
-
You file, I help
You file with your insurer. I help with the paperwork and photos, and can be there when the adjuster inspects. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm you meet adjusters]
-
The repair
If the claim is approved, [COMPANY] repairs or replaces the roof. Your insurer pays the approved amount minus your deductible.
Why homeowners call me first
- Local. I work Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, Kyle and Buda.
- I handle the insurance side. Photos, paperwork and the adjuster visit, so you’re not doing it alone.
- No pressure. The inspection is free, and you owe nothing if you decide not to go ahead.

Hail and insurance questions
Straight answers to what people ask me most. Anything else, call and ask.
Call [TRACKING PHONE]Does the inspection cost anything?
No. It’s free, and you’re under no obligation to do anything after it.
How do I know if I have hail damage?
From the ground you often can’t. Hail leaves bruised or cracked shingles, dents in gutters, vents and flashing, and shingle granules in your downspouts. I check all of it up close and you get the photos.
Will filing a claim raise my insurance rate?
That depends on your insurer and your policy, so ask them directly. What I can do is tell you first whether the damage is big enough to be worth a claim at all.
How long do I have to file?
Each policy sets its own deadline, usually counted from the date of the storm. Check your policy or call your insurer, and don’t wait: damage is easier to document while it’s fresh.
What if the adjuster says no?
You can ask your insurer to send an adjuster back for a second look. [PLACEHOLDER: what you do to help when a claim is denied]
What do I pay if the claim is approved?
Your insurer pays the approved amount minus your deductible, and you pay the deductible. [PLACEHOLDER: anything [COMPANY] charges beyond that, e.g. upgrades you choose]
